Anushka Sharma is a Bollywood actor and producer. She has received numerous acting awards and is one of the top-paid actors. Nush is her own clothing line for women. Additionally, she is an ambassador for the brand and is also owner of various other brands. Forbes Magazine also featured her. Anushka Sharma was the child of Kumar Sharma (retd.) and Ashima Sharma. She was born in Ayodhya the state of Uttar Pradesh on May 1st 1988. Anushka Sharma's father is an old colonel. and her mother is a homemaker. Karnesh, Anushka Sharma's older brother who served in Merchant Navy is now a filmmaker. Anushka Sharma graduated from Army School Bangalore. Mount Carmel College Bangalore is where she received her bachelor of Arts. Anushka Sharma is a graduate with a Master's Degree in Economics. Anushka has always wanted to become either journalist or model but never an actor. Anushka moved to Mumbai following her graduation and enrolled herself at the Elite Model Management, and was groomed by fashion consultant Prasad Bidapa. Anushka was selected by Wendell Rodricks as the final model for his Les Vamps Show, which took place during Lakme Fashion Week in 2017. Anushka Sharma has been involved in a variety of brand-related campaigns since her Lakme Fashion Week debut. This includes campaigns for Fiat Palio and Fiat Whisper Nathella Jewelry. Anushka began an acting course and started auditioning for films along with her modelling career. Anushka sharma made her film debut in 2008, playing Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi. She was in the film with Shah Rukh Khan. Anushka Sharma took her time to get ready and did not take the test in impromptu. She was later signed to three films with Yash Raj Films. The film in which she starred played the role of a young bride to a middle-aged man (the role Shah Rukh Khan was playing). The film was hit on the box office and was the second-highest-grossing movie of 2008. The year 2010 was the year that Anushka Sharma was in the film 'Badmash Company' alongside Shahid Kapoor Shahid Kapoor, Vir Das and Meiyang Chang. This movie was met with mixed reviews. Anushka Sharma starred in the same movie 'Band Baaja Baaraat. The actress played an Punjabi woman of middle classes who runs her own wedding company. It received a favourable review and was widely regarded as a sleeper and a huge success. Anushka's contract for three films at Yash Raj Films ended with the release of Band Baaja Baaraat.
